Love the message in your music, Machel! This video reminds me of growing up in Brooklyn next to my Guyanese [Coolie] neighbors. We would watch Bollywood movies for hours and learn the choreography, chow down on some dhal pouri and pepperpot. In my [Panamanian] household we would learn salsa/merengue and dance to soca all day long. Memories!!! But that diversity tho...I love the Caribbean heritage.

I really like the blend of this movie between an Indian girl and then Machel who is Trinadian. So cool to mix the two. The costumes are lovely and I'm so looking forward to this movie. Way to put Soca music on the map AND "Bollywood" if you will.

you missed the whole point of Soca if you just said that. Considering Soca is a mixing of cultures. Soca by definition has Indian influence. Wasn't meant to put Bollywood on the "MAP", Bollywood is the largest grossing industry, it has overtaken Hollywood, it doesn't need to be put on the "MAP". TnT already plays this style of films. It's only getting this much attention because of the artiste/ actors in it Machel Montano and London born, Sri Lankan Natalie Perera (an Island girl herself).
