I absolutely love your videos.i don't know why most vetenarians around ar still believe in using dog food next to organic food.i love cooking for my dog.it also in my opinion builds a higher bond between humans and dogs.can you please do a video on a pork dish.i do appreciate everything you do.

@@camilateranhooper6700 Hi guys, sorry I missed this question before. I like calculating the calories and then having about 50% protein 30% fat and 20% carbs for dogs:) Of course, the kinds of fats matter too. I like a Omega 6:3 ratio between 6:1 and 3:1- Dog food is way too high! it has like 30:1 Omega 6:Omega 3..... I just use Dog food alliance to calculate calories... Hope this helps.

@@juanpjp27 I use a formulating software called The animal diet formulator But, the Omega 6 to Omega 3 ratio should be between 6:1 and 3:1- Kibble has way too much Omega 6

I'd love to know the non-AFCO recommended macros for dogs. I'm sure this is all based around age and weight. But I'd love to see a video about that! Currently trying to do my own research about this now.

Rachel Combs that is a great suggestion and I can work on some calculations and create a video for that. Of course you are correct it will depend on many factors such as age, breed, body condition, as activity level.
