In relation to the rental car thing, first. That sucks, and I hope you stick it to them. I’ve heard of this happening to people everywhere, so for the past couple years if I ever get a rental car. I get the name of who I checked it out from, take a whole video of the outside and inside of the car before and after I take it out/check it back in, and then the name again if possible of who I turned the car back into. Just as much info as possible. Keep all that info for 90 days. It’s annoying to do all that, but i’ve heard it’s quite the fight and they can pull all sorts of strings. They’re bitches.
