I love stuffing. We live in the south ( 36 years) but never have cared for cornbread dressing. I still do bread dressing just like my mom’s.

That's one of the main reasons I bought mine too. We're empty nesters, and it's just impossible for me to cook only for two. I found myself throwing so many leftovers away. Now I freeze them in a tray until I have a full load.

66 years young here 😄 I bought mine for the same reason, as well as to preserve my small garden harvest. Plus making sweet treats for my neighbors children. There are tons of things to freeze dry. I am still learning 😃

ORORO heated mittens and heated jacket are the best! I use mine for snowblowing and the batteries last a good while. At least a couple hours. Not cheap but worth it. I've used them below zero.

Love the new video! My local Food Lion had frozen turkey for 29 cents a pound with a $35 purchase. We actually don't do turkey for Thanksgiving we only do a honey glazed ham, but I got a huge turkey since it was only 29 cents a pound. I've never freeze dried any kind of meat...... but I figured for 29 cents a pound this would be a great opportunity to freeze dry some turkey

that's an amazing deal! yes can even use left overs to freeze dry, then add to soups or recipes whenever ya want to use it! One year we did a brisket instead of turkey and we loved that haha!

We use tyler florence recipe for French onion soup I freeze dried some of it wow yum added to meat loaf an gonna add to green bean casserole I think meatballs would also be good

I’m a ‘sides’ girl. lol Cornbread Dressing, sweet potato casserole, cranberry sauce, strawberry pretzel salad, pistachio salad, rolls, GB casserole, deviled eggs, candied sweet potatoes, squash casserole, corn casserole, pecan pie, and sweet potato pie. Can you tell I’m from the South? lol This list is things I love but not all at the same time. 😂 your Thanksgiving dishes look very good. Thank you for the video.

Cornbread dressing. I always "accidently" make too much cornbread so I can have hot cornbread and thin sliced sharp cheddar for breakfast. Homemade gravy, squash casserole and cranberry sauce.
