when bending this profile, the resistance was so small that the pointer only vibrated slightly. However, when bending the flat bar, the pressure gauge indicated 100 bar.

Great job! Do you know flow rate of that pump and how much electricity drains from battery? I made air compresor for garage from freezer compersor.. its 30W compresor, can make 10bar preasure and need 1.5h to fill 100L tank.. I mean is possible for garrage use but have downsides. Whats downsides of that system? Tnx

You can connect any actuator, even a car one. In the next video I will show you how I did it.

firstly what great use of a power steering pump and just one question the smaller wires in the switches , is there an internal relay? great work👍

Thank you. Thin wires are directly soldered to the red and green contactors. They are used to turn on the relay located inside the pump.

No pressure relief bypass?... every hydraulic system needs a way to bypass excess pressure to tank for the safety of the system & the operator... you should be able to add one in the plumbing easily enough.
