Pour warm butter into the cold batter which has rested and relaxed for a short time can help the batter to have a better emulsification. 😊

Thank you so much for your lovely recipe! I am just wondering would it be possible that I put the batter in refrigerator the night before and follow the rest of the recipe (add melted butter....etc) in the morning? Just I hope to cook fresh for my family but might be too busy in the morning 😅

If you leave batter with baking powder overnight, the effect of baking powder be less effective, but still can work. 😊
