Hi Cassandre,I love this recipe and it works. It tastes so delicious. I am glad I found your channel. I will try other of your recipes. Thank you for sharing your tips.❤
Hello, teacher, thx for your recipe, May I know how long can keep?

Hello there, it depends on how to store them, it can be kept in 3 days at room temp, a week in fridge, a month in freeze, but always in an airtight container. 😊
I like your videos and thanks for sharing! I followed your recipe but the texture of my Madeleines is so dry and flaky. I used all-purpose flour and reduced it for a few grams. What would you suggest me to adjust to make it more moisture?

Hello there, sometimes, different brands of AP flour absorb different amounts of water. Also if you reduce the amount of sugar, it won't be that moist. You can try to use cake flour, or just give the cake a lemon or orange syrup. It will help to keep the cake moist. 😊

@@SweetDumpling I know, but I like the craftsmanship of the ones you are using. They are not available in Australia - that’s why I thought I could find these ones. Never mind. 👍
