Informative video! Mark, I have a question concerns to the mortgage in Canada, If I buy a house with mortgage and then suddenly I got loaded, in this case would the bank mind if I want to repay all the mortgage in cash all in one instead of repaying in long term?
@MadEnglishTV5 жыл бұрын
Great question! 😃😃Usually, there is a penalty for paying off the mortgage. Sometimes they allow you to pay off 20% per year without a penalty. The mortgage is usually for 25 years, but the term is only 5 years. You can pay off the whole thing at the end of 5 years without a penalty.
