I had tried alcohol once and it appeared that my pronunciaton flowed better, somehow I didn't wanted to recognized that cuase I only did it once and I try to stay away from drinking alcohol. I think the most difficult pronunciation is the word with 'sts' sound such as "ghosts" , "cysts". And I'm not sure whether I need to make the "sts" sound during conversation, is it wrong if I pronounce the word "ghosts" without "s" (ghost). They won't notice right 🤔
