Hey, I really love your fitness content, it has helped me keep consistent to the promise I made to myself. So thank you. I have a concern about my wrists, I have something we call, carpal tunnel syndrome, it hurts when I am on my hands a lot which stops me from doing some workouts, makes me sad sometimes. I love your workouts, they make me feel really good about myself.

Definitely lol I did at some point last week but today I actually did it. In my 40s I was reminded halfway through that I’ve had two kids lol I had to run to the bathroom.😂 Definitely can make this work out for beginners or intermediate. I homeschool my kids so it was a great short cardio to fit in amongst the Blessed chaos❤

Maddie!! Thank you so so much for your jump rope cardio workouts, I am in love with them!! Jump rope was one of my favorite activities as a kid and as an adult, one of my favorite ways to do cardio. My workouts consist of 12 sets of super sets of four different exercises. One of those is jump rope. 30 seconds at at time. X 12 or sometimes 15. Really a great thing to add to your routine. Thanks for the variations.

I have never been able to manage the coordination of the single bounce. I've tried to work up to it from a double bounce, but I seemed to get tripped up two or three bounces in. Any hints on how to learn a single bounce? I think I'll just do this one without the rope for now. Thanks!
