I'm a 61 yo "intermediate", but my ITB is giving me fits today. This is just what I need to get it back in shape gently. I just LOVE this stuff! 😍😍😍😍

Hey Maddie and thank you so much for your hard work! I have been following your workouts for some time now and I cannot express my gratitude for you through words. I've slowly changed from working out compulsively to actually enjoying it because of how good it makes me feel. Of course I have days when it feels hard, I'm tired and I want to give up but I'm not afraid of giving myself time to rest anymore. I did this today and it felt effective. Just a bit fast for me at times so went at my own pace. Really struggled with the plank exercises.

Ohmigosh this is **SO MUCH FUN!!!** I'm only now just starting to exercise, but doing it along with Maddie makes it so cool! Her instructions are so awesome, and tips like "take each repetition at your own pace" are so reassuring too. You're incredible Maddie and the entire MadFit team! thank you all **so much**, you're all true heroes! And to anyone who may be reading this; good luck!
