I really like how your content isn't focused on changing "bad" or "undesirable" parts of your body, rather emphasizing strength and overall health. ED recovery has made it really difficult for me to watch other fitness influencers content because it's heavily focused on changing your body, or losing weight, or meal plans and what not, but your channel provides a safe space for me to incorporate intuitive movement into my day and I appreciate you so much for that :')

I'm in a similar boat trying to heal my relationship with food and exercise and I totally agree. It makes me feel really nice to be able to workout without feeling forced into hyper-fixating on a specific part of my body to make it "attractive".

I feel motivated to do this for at least two weeks! Day 1: That was quick but hard! 🔥 Day 2: The burn was real 🔥 Day 3: My abs hurt but I pushed through 🔥 Day 4: Did it after another 20 min abs and it felt more doable ✨ Day 5: gave my abs a little rest as I went hiking all day 🏞 Day 6: It feels more manageable and I can handle the pain 💪 Day 7: My whole body feels sore and definitely felt my abs too Day 8: Struggled with third exercise, fifth exercise was a burn Day 9: Did another MadFit Ab workout so I skipped this Day 10: Rest day and did this. Abs still burn somehow Day 11: Easy Day 12: Feeling weaker but got through Day 13: Skipped this as I did one 10 min abs Day 14: Stronger! I can see some definition Day 15: on the weaker side but did it Day 16: I was so scared i couldn't do it but it went fast I stopped because I went on a summer vacation. For sure I saw progress physically and I would refer to them as the "lines" started showing up. Starting again after the vacation lol. Day 1: back in the grind

as a person in the same boat, i started genuinely and consistently working out in late november and my legs, core, and arms (areas i've been targeting) have clearly (by feel) gained muscle. i have so much more endurance and confidence in my strength. i wish you the best, and hopefully this can provide a little encouragement that even if it seems like you're not progressing, you are. early on, i was super discouraged bc my tolerance and endurance were so low, but it's gone up over time and it's so cool to look back and think, "hey! i did a nice thing for my body and now i'm stronger than i was." again, i wish you well! stay safe & you've got this x

@@eshika8995 i want to disclaim this by saying that 1) everyone puts in different amounts of energy and effort into their workouts because of what they _have_ to put in their workouts, 2) everyone's body responds to nutrition differently, 3) everyone's body responds to exercise differently, and 4) even with the same routine, no one's body will look or feel the same. i usually stick with caroline girvan's dumbbell workouts. i've kind of turned away from madfit as she's gotten kind of clickbait-y and "'x' in 'y' amount of time"-y, if you will. but do the workouts that make you _feel_ good. consistency truly is key, so if you do what you enjoy, you'll stick with it and see results regardless. good luck 🙂

The hardest part of working out abs is the motivation to consistently do the exercises. This workout is manageable in intensity and duration so i could see myself being consistent with it.

Starting this now with two sets a day because I’m skinny but I want more muscle mass- this comment is my kinda journal I guess Day 1: done! Day 2: done! Day 3: done! (The 2nd and 5th are definitely the hardest for me) Day 4: done! Day 5: done! Day 6: done! Day 7: done! (I can’t believe I’ve been going for a week, it’s already feeling easier than I remember on day 1 haha) Day 8: done! (Except I only did one set bcz of swim and the concert) Day 9: skipped (I was so excited from the concert bahaha) Day 10: done! Day 11: done! Day 12: done! Day 13: skipped (I had last min geography revision) Day 14: skipped (I walked 5k and set up the tent) Day 15: skipped (I walked 19k and had to camp again) Day 16: skipped (walked 16k this time and was too tired when I got home lmao) Day 17: done! (Forgot how tiring this is but also how good it feels when I’ve finished the full 10 mins) Day 18: skipped (bcz of tt and I hate that it happened, planning on doing 4sets instead of 2 tmr to makeup for it) Day 19: Day 20: I missed a few due to tests, and having a cold but I now have a paper book which I will be using to record all my workouts (which will now include more than just this one!) I really wanna thank you as without this video I would never have started my workout journey and it means more than you could ever imagine, I’ve found doing this makes me feel like I finally have a purpose in life and it makes me happy to feel like I’ve completed it, over all it’s really made me better in so many ways thank you so much! i really am not expecting anyone to see this comment so pls don’t judge me I really let out my feelings just then lmao

gonna try this out cuz y not waist: 64cm hips: 80 💚 day 1: workouts were quite interesting unlike other ones- practically died tho, pretty intense 💚 day 2: still the same as yesterday- did the workout to the song blow by kesha which made it pretty fun cuz it was on beat 💚 day 3: got easier, tho i struggled with the last one (my face was a literal tomato afterwards)- istg my stomach seems flatter idk if im imagining things- 💚 day 4. got better at the first 4 ones, still struggled with the last one tho its easier- and yeah thats pretty much it

Day 1: Needed extra time to understand the excersices ✅ Day 2: I SURVIVED, so proud of myself, I took one extra break, my abs were burning since I sat to do this ✅ Day 3: rested ➖ Day 4: I had training (sport) ✅ (we use LOTS of abs) Day 5: rest ➖ Day 6: ✅ I think I’m gonna be needing a longer one next week, I got tired all the way till the last excersice Day 7: im so good!!! Absolutely love your 5 & 10 minute videos. I do them in the morning before work but don't have a lot of time. So the more muscle groups and cardio packed in one the better!

Doing this for 4 days just to see but I'm doing this starting today, june 24. Day 1: Difficult. Definitely feel the burning in my stomach. I feel really good after the workout

OMG OMG, can't believe it but day 30 is done. This one is a killer, but it is waaaaaaay easier to do it after 30 days of regular exercises. Awesome job, everybody. Thank you Maddy

@@asya_temizkan6100 Definitely worth it. I feel like I was able to become more energetic and productive after the workouts. My stamina improved and I've built the habit of completing the workout almost every day (I'm doing it every other day now, cause I'm a little busy at work and school). I think it is really worth it, and it's fun too :)

That was so amazing. I felt the burn but it was great and I didn’t die. I could not believe these were 5 minutes. Super fun! And yes I mean it. Not like fun I just destroyed my body but yeah that felt amazing!

Day 1:completed Day 2:bit hard but completed Day 3:very hard but completed Day 4: tiring but completed Day 5: see very small signs, completed Day 6: hard but do able, completed Day 7: sees tiny changes, completed I am going to continue with this

You made me like exercising in the beginning of the pandemic in Brazil, when I stopped going to the gymn and decided to exercise at home. Then I got pregnant in 2020 and I stopped working out with your videos because they were a little too heavy for my pregnant body. But now here I am, 4 months postpartum, enjoying exercising with your videos again and trying to get into shape. Thank you! I love all your videos because I always sweat and I feel motivated!

I love this workout. I am better with quick & intense workouts than I am at longer ones. Definitely would love to see more quick & intense 5-10 mins

Thank you for this workout! I really love it. I usually have problems with ab workouts because no matter how much I watch out for good posture my neck usually strains and hurts the next two days and that sucks. I think this video is perfect for me because I didn't feel pressure on my neck at all throughout and it's still super effective. It will be my regular ab workout now :)

I had that problem too and someone told me it's because my core isn't strong enough so I use my head to do the exercise which isn't right. I tried core exercises and those helped

Starting today! (12•1•2022) Wednesday I have already been working out since Monday but I just came across this video! I’ve been doing mads ab workouts already btw! Day 1 ✅ my neck didn’t hurt as much since I did a call stretch, but def felt a burn that I liked! Day 2

Day one: Upper abs were absolutely burning! Probably will be sore tomorrow. Day two: Harder than day one because I was a bit sore but I still finished it. 👍🏻 Day three: Skipped Day four: Seeing a bit of structure in my upper abs. Workout was slightly easier today. 🙃

This has really helped me lose some of my lower belly fat. I used to be so self conscious of my lower belly when I would wear jeans but today I wore jeans sense I was going to the mall and I looked in the mirror and some of my lower belly fat went away and also i have only been doing these exercises for 2 days 3 times every day. So I really recommend doing these exercises but be patient because I’m very inpatient so after doing the exercises once I expected to see results and that’s not how it works so be patient and try to eat healthy too. Ok well that’s it. Good luck to the people trying this and don’t give up.🙃(wow i didn’t realize I wrote so much)

I’m going to try to do this for 2 weeks started August 28th Day 1:✅ good pretty hard. DAy:2 ✅ put more effort in but still har. Did this twice today once in the morning once at night. Day 3: ✅ did this at 6:46 eating less. Little easier Day 4: ✅ starting to do later and later today at 8pm Day 5: did in morning Day 6: doing at 10am Day 7: ✅ gave 100% effort really felt it working

Doing this once a day. Here are my Results! Day 1: Def Felt the burn and had to stop a few times but it was better than nothing. See yall tmrw. Day 2: Felt the burn and had to take two brakes in between. Dont see a diffrence yet. Day 3: Was def difficult. i wasnt really motivated but i still did it. My stomach looks a bit more toned but just a little bit. Day 4: Skipped Day 5: Skipped Day 6: Did it today. Noticing a bit of a diffrence. Day 7: Skipped Day 8: Skipped Day 9: Skipped Day 10: I did it today and i realized i was doing some of them wrong so i fixed that. Day 11: Day 12: Day 13:

Trying to get a flatter stomach over winter so I can wear a bathing suit on spring break lol Day 1: pretty good, almost died on the last exercise (did 2 rounds) Day 2: started to hurt around exercise 3 but overall I feel pretty good Day 3: good, a little sore Day 4: didn’t have time, will do 2 rounds tomorrow Day 5: One of the hardest days, harder on round 2 but starting to see a change Day 6: Getting better Day 7: doing good, almost forgot to do it Day 8: good 👍🏻 Day 9: Ok Day 10: doing good

wow, amazing! I'm not that extremely tired, like while other workouts, but also i feel it works! TYY!! Edit: i skipped for like 2/3 days cause of my period, but i do it everyday, since two weeks ago, those exercises stopped beging hard for me, and i already started seeing results! I guess, it would be better if i followed any diet, but i just can't do it:) I reccomend this workout!

I really love your quick intense abs. After a lotta cardio and upper or lower strength training I really don’t feel it’s necessary or desirable to do a 10-15 min ab, and tbh I feel like intense ones are just as effective as longer less intense ones. Ty for all the great content as always and yes more of these types are welcome!!

Well I'm gonna try this now Waits: 68cm Day 1: my abs are burning a bit but it's not as bad as I excepted day 2: MY NECK - i stopped bc my neck is dying... Day 3: this workout is killing my neck...skipped the scnd excercice (i don't understand it lmao) but did the first one twice Day 4: It's not that bad, my neck is burning a bit but i feel good! Did another workout afterrwards Day 4.1: I was running today and was DEAD so i skipped the workout for this day Day 4.2: had school sports and had to study for an exam today, i also skipped the workout for today Day 4.3: I completly forgot it.... Day 4.4: Well... i forgot it Day 5: I really felt the 4 skipped days...my abs are burning so bad Day 6: It feels so good omg i really missed working out. my abs are burning alittle bit but it's okay! Day 7: I wasn't concentrated, i wasn't doing the excercises right.... Day 8: I'm SWEATING omg I don't know how long i wanna do this but I'm trying to do it as often as possible

try not to put pressure or not focus on ypur neck (or making it heavier idk) it can cause serious injuries so take care
