I love Maddie's workouts, but I honestly would love to know what her actual exercise regime and diet looks like. It would be great to see what it takes to be at her level of fitness. Does she actually incorporate these sort of exercises in her own personal workouts?

I doubt it, she probably has either a home gym with weights and machines, or goes to a gym where these are available.

To be honest, I think with Covid, she probably does a lot of workout from home. She might go to a gym so she has access to machines and heavier weights, but seeing as she choreographs these workout routines and practices them, and has a room in her house that's dedicated to working out, I'd say she probably works out from home regularly. She might do a daily workout that focuses on different areas. Arms/weights, legs, butt, abs, cardio.

Love this one!! I definitely feel the burn even though its short. I started watching Maddie's videos during the first lockdown last year and the short videos were the perfect way to ease into working out again. Now I can do multiple videos during one session! Even now that I am a little more in shape, the short ones are still less daunting than seeing longer ones. Can't wait to try the app!!!!

This exercise was smoking intense 🔥! Even if it was for 6 minutes, the first exercise already got me burning while the other ab exercises I do I feel the intenseness at the 3rd to the last part of the exercise. Thank you for this and I’ll be coming back here next week 😂💖

Feel the burn! 6 minutes isn't long, but those 50 second intervals feel a bit long. Another great but quick intense workout! Thank you. These short 5 minute workouts are great for traveling when I need a quick workout but do t have time for a full one. Definitely helps! Thank you!

gonna have to come back and practice this one i definitely felt the burn but had to stop about 3 times during those scissor leg crunches! maybe in a few weeks i can complete it without stopping, you're insane!

This workout + your 5 min warm-ups and cool downs made it easier to fit a workout in to a full day. Those starfish crunches & scissor crunches are no joke! Gotta work up to those. 💪 Thanks for the great workout Maddie! Luv your channel! 💗

I discovered your workouts during the lockdown in April 2020 and you have been with me through it all. You finally got me back into sport, which I had stopped for several years, not finding anything that really suited me. Since then I've been following you, I've been doing sport all the time and I love it! I have become a better version of myself by persevering and I thank you so much! I'm keeping this video aside to do it again, I didn't have time for a long session but my god it burns a lot! I love it! (I'm also taking the opportunity to listen to English, two in one haha). Doing this everyday for two weeks! (Also doing a 15 min dance party most days aswell) Day one: burned a lot but made it through with no breaks, I did the tik tok dance party part 2 and had so much fun but def made me sweat, so far going strong!!! Day two: burned a lot but made it through and I think my form is getting better, I did the one direction dance party which was such a vibe but also wore me out, still going strong, gonna start eating cleaner for better results, have a good day x Day three: I’m very bloated as on my lady days so I see no results but the workout is getting easier, didn’t do a dance party as had a very bus day, going strong, stay strong guys! Day four: didn’t do it today as was busy but will catch up xx Day five: did it, form is getting so much better didn’t do dance part sorry x Day six: did it and about to do dance party xx Edit: still doing this most days I’m just not filling in as it hard to remember to, anyway if you’re doing this or wanna start just do it! I have not seen results as I haven’t been eating that well 😬 😅 but I feel a lot better and I’m a lot more fit. REMEMBER SKINNY DOSES NOT MEAN HEALTHY AND YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL AND WORTH IT! ❤️❤️❤️

I started working out in March or 2020 (right when I started working from home just to change up my routine and actually feel productive) I have been active in sports since a child into teen years but being an adult fitness and physical activity seemed so hard incorporate. I figured why not with all this time on my hands. I had no muscle amd started with her full body no weights exercises 5 times a week for 9 months then switched to weights and her work outs thay focus on certain body parts. I've noticed SUCH a difference not only in my appearance, strength level but also mental health. I've been following her almost 2 year and don't plan on slowing down anytime soon.
