Madrimov is a soild fighter, good boxer but whenever he tries to create an angle he throws himself out of postion, off balance completely ruining any potential trap he set or was gonna set to land a power shot. Hopefully he'll clean that up as much as he can cause Crawford is a very sharp counter puncher & could catch him once he finds Madrimov's rhythm in the mid to late rounds. Good vid.

It's an exciting style to watch and what makes him great is he doesn't neglect any of the subtle elements of it that you have to be able to do simultaneously .All the different aspects complement the others, insane fitness being one.The opponent would benefit by timing him on the way in, but his feints and angles offset this .Its a nightmare blend of pressure through movement.

Yeah he has an impressive engine as well. Just when you think the other guys getting some momentum he steps up the pace again.

@@BoxingLife .I think that's on of Usyks greatest strengths , he manages to find that little bit of extra pace in the rounds following ones where he has been under pressure, did it with Joshua and then Fury round nine.Similar with Lomachenko, as their opponent you would no you're going to get no respite from mental and physical pressure for the whole fight, same with Bivol.Not seen Israel before but he seems to have knock out power too.Its a formidable combination of fighting skills.Different tactics and skills but the same strategy as Joe Frazer.Ithink it was Angelo Dundee described him as one of those bunnies with a battery in the back.Poor Ali 😁

Awesome video...funny thing when this matchup was first announced, haters stated that Madrimov was a nobody because of his 10 pro fights...I mentioned he was called the GGG junior and had over 300+ amateur fights and those critics asked for receipts (documentation or support). Once I provided it, the laziness of these critics is amazing, they still question his talents. I think Bud respects and is careful with downplaying Madrimov this upcoming fight. He understands and truly believes that out of the title holders, Madrimov is the most difficult, which after watching his videos and looking at his amateur stats shows he has plenty of experience, he just needs a great dance partner to show his talents. Bud vs Madrimov will benefit each other, but Madrimov more, especially if he can show he can beat or hurt Bud. If Bud wins, the critics will continue to call out that his opponents are cherry picked.

For those wondering why a Muslim Uzbek boxer is named "Israil" (Israel), the name "Israil" in Uzbek literally translates to "Israel." Many Uzbeks have this name, but it has no connection to the modern state of Israel. In Islam, "Israil" refers to the prophet Jacob (known as Yaqub in Uzbek), and the name has been popular since our ancestors embraced Islam. Similarly, many Uzbeks are named Musa and Isa, which correspond to Moses and Jesus.

I see some of the thinks you talk about within Madrimov's boxing style, however I also see that when Madrimov switches angles and picks up speed as he comes in moving forward, he lunges with a wide stance ! Leaving his vulnerable to a verity of short counter punching . Upper cut straight right hand or left, depending on position. I also noticed that even though he is always on the move , never stationary. He is heavy footed ! Terence Crawford is Great, at figuring out timing and distance ! not to mention angles , rhythm and repetitive motion. At the end of the day it should be an interesting bought between these two. However, in the end I believe that Terence Crawford will still come away victorious...
@Byronic191344 ай бұрын
I agree except I wouldn’t call Madrimov heavy footed at all, in fact the opposite, it may look that way at times tho because he’s bulky and sit’s on his punches, but he’s far too explosive to be called heavy footed. This fight may come down to rolling dice at some moments because Bud loves to punch in between punches but doing that when Madrimov feints and euro steps to the side will leave Bud wide open for a power hook as well. So there will be a lot of high level guessing going on in this fight I feel like.

That's why he came into the pros going straight to that upper echelon of fights that you would start with if you had about 14 fight in the pros!!
