@asktheetruscans98576 жыл бұрын
Yeah, I used to "kick people in the shins" all the time...and got away with it. I once told a man I was ADDING money to the msrp because he couldn't finance a box of shoes if he wanted to, he was wasting my time and I didn't want to sell him that car anyway. He showed me...bought the car anyway, but it took the finance manager half a day to find anyone willing to finance. Just like I called it. That was the highest commission I ever got ($4200.00) and he never took a test drive, plus I barely talked to him for a total of 5 minutes. A mini was $150 back then. I like being nice to people, but it's by choice and has boundaries. I actually like people and making them happy if I sense that I can, but I straight don't give a f*** if somebody likes me or what the consequences are. I'm going to be my own self! I fell asleep during a Monday morning company meeting also. When they woke me up I asked if that was going to make any sales for me to be in a 2 hour long meeting. Then I got up and walked out laughing and so did three other salesman. And we were the only ones that sold cars that day.
