yeah the country side from Lost Heaven but bigger, bigger districts and the airport or harbour where you can travel to New Bordeaux that should look like in the 40s or 50s. In New York was no tram but in New Orleans so this vehicles that were in Mafia 1 can be in the south. So if it is one map its to big you should be buying a ticket for a train/ship/plane and trabel to the other city. There should be a new chapter then. So one in WW2, secound in 40s, third in Early 50s and 4th in late 50s where Vito goes to the South with all the cool rock n roll music and new cars. It would just be perfect.

same i have so many ideas for so many games its crazy. But if it needs to be a story game then Mafia. Other games that i would like to see BF1944, BF1980s COLD went HOT, GTA IV with all US GTA locations, Red Orchstra 3 1943 to 45, BF5, Brothers in Arms 4. But for real a Mafia game that looks like Mafia 2 would be the best. It need to have a bigger map, more cut scenes, more realism, more live in the cities, better graphics, more activities, music from 40s 50s and that you feel that you are in that time.

I've done a lot of research into Mafia II Cut Content, and as it turns out, the well of cut content is a lot, lot deeper than you give it credit for. This certainly is a lot of information, a gateway for a part 2. But could you provide the official information where you found this? I'd like to look into it myself. I checked the wikis and they didn't provide this much info, did you use wayback machine to retrieve this info also? (also I did give the credit, if you notice the "more than mafia 1 & 3 combined" comment. also the fact that I'd need to know if this is fact before I even put it into a video)

I really hope that one day, maybe they'll try and put Mafia II back together. I've sort of figured out (how I think) things were supposed to go down. The first big job is the Gas Ration Heist. It could have gone several ways which would effect how the gameplay changes. Originally, the player was supposed to team up with one of the cities families. #1 Vito gets in and out without killing any guards.But I think this would mean he'd join the Clemente family and not go to prison. The boys join the Clemente family. Joe goes to prison instead, and Vito has a falling-out with the Clemente's (eventually) #2 Vito gets in, and out but kills a guard or two, and involves the police. Vito goes to prison. Vito gets out, the boys join the Falcone family. #3 Vito declines the job, and Henry tells him to get out. Dejected, Vito joins the Vinci Family. Depending on which family we'd join, would determine which side missions we get. This would account for all the missions we get in the DLC's, the DLC's being all the cut side missions from: I think you could've taken jobs from these guys regardless of which family you join: Derek Papallardo Mike Brewski Charlie Lopez You would take jobs from these Capos, depending on which family you join. Tony Balls (Falcone family) Sal Gravina (Vinci family) Luca Gurino (Clemente family) There may have been other secondary missions along the way involving cut characters. We know there were missions you'd have to do for Marty. And let's not forget, I think depending on which family you join with, there's another faction within the city that you'd have to face off with: The Greasers (I believe they'd have featured in the story somehow regardless of which family you'd join with. The Bombers The Irish The Tongs Depending on which family you join with decides the mission structure and finally which end you'd have to play. One ending was obviously at the Observatory, another at Vinci's mansion (turned into the Judges Mansion in Jimmy's Vendetta), but I'm not sure if there were to be another ending with Clemente. Although, the chapter "Room Service" can end differently.... either you kill Alberto in his car on the street, or he can also escape to a mansion in Highbrook.... which may have lead to another ending? Don't know. One thing I do find funny is what do Mafia II and Mafia III have in common??? BOTH have the telephone originally used as a plot device. In Mafia II, they basically eliminated it altogether, though you do use the phone here and there like when you phone Eddie after the cigarette truck gets burned, or when you call Luca in Joe's Adventure or when you call Henry. Mafia III you were supposed to rely on the telephone for much longer.... I don't think the earpiece even figured in the original layout. In all honesty, that technology didn't exist in 1968. Lincoln would've had to use the phone to call in the weapons truck, the consigliere, or any of his other backups. I think they just took some poetic license and invented the earpiece for ease of gameplay.

Don't forget that the patrol cars's emergency lights were 2 (facing front and behind, the classic single rotating light) but they have 1 now, despite the obvious object having two patterns.

Watching all mafia 2 cut content always make me sad :( . This game could be as great as Mafia 1 but development problems and 2k's greed made Mafia 2 can't reach it potential :(

Supposedly one of the reasons for content being cut was that they were nearing the deadline for the game's release and they had content that was still either unfinished or glitchy, so they ended up having to cut/disable it. 2k's greed and incompetence are to blame because they were in such a hurry to make money and didn't get that waiting another few months or even a year would have been worth it.

One of the worst story DLCs in gaming in my opinion, especially the Jimmy games. Had a very thin plot and no real characters and only a couple of short cutscenes. I only give Joe's Adventures a slight pass as it was Joe and actually connected to the story, but it could have bern better.

@@RiasatSalminSami Well f you. Think reasonably. The story is cool and all but where's the gameplay? The DLC's fill the "GTA mission" void that the original game didn't have. You go around, working for the mob, killing people, trashing stuff, stealing,... It gives you a chance to see more of the city as well as utilize more of the game's open world features. And have more shootouts, of course. The DLC's are replayable, the story not so much.

The reason property,taxi,license and that type of stuff were cut mostly cause the story was too short for you to use all that,so when story got shortened,so did cut content,unless they added free ride,they would be able to fit all that stuff somewhere,so they just completely got rid of all those things for some reason

You missed the free ride mode. Free ride was an option in Mafia: The City of Lost Heaven whereas in Mafia III free roam was built in the game.

@@notmax5151 Considering its coming remaster for mafia 2 i think end of 2020 or start of 2021 u should make one...there are ton of stuff that were cut...the game was OP when the developers were playing it...knife fights,roaming thing,dont know about saving the game but also joe story was part of the game not the dlc, other cars and ton of weapons, a lot of chapters i think 5 or 6 were cut from the story which is 1/3 of the game, buying place on ur own ton more like ridding with trains and the fight club... So stupid that they cut it out..the game was easily game of the year...
