I training few years to get body like him, and I did it, it was just chicken and rise for few years and intensive training, I started teakwondo, jiu-jitsu, kung fu with one old friend who know how to work and gain flexbility in very short time, he teaching me 3 years I get all what I wanted to, I was training at home, going to school, in physical education I was the best, I doing parkour and freerunning right now, to improve wheathever I can. I just want to say, as in the end of video, don't stop if you want to achieve something, just remember if you want to stop training remember why you start. ( This is I repeating to my self everyday ) and sorry for bad English.

Scott Adkins is one of the best martial arts fighter in the world, but not the only one. There are other great martial arts fighters in the world: Jet Li, Sammo Hung (he is chubby, but he can fight), Donnie Yen, Wu Jing, Tony La, Michael Jai White (U. S. History middle school teacher), Van Damme, Steven Seagal, and a few female martial arts fighters, among others. All of these great warriors train hard to be the best or at least have a better chance to win in a match, all inspired byBruce Lee.
