Inishturk - Ireland's Hidden Gem

Ireland. Dublin. Cork. Donegal. Mayo. Wicklow. For two weeks, two O’Toole brothers explore the Emerald Isle and their family heritage. Cathedrals, mountains, museums, coastal cliffs, monastic cities and a lot of Guinness. The people are amazing, there's green everywhere and even the chicken wings were impressive. Come with us on our epic road trip as we guide you through all the things to do and see in this truly remarkable country, or as the Irish say, we'll show you where all the good craic is. The Wild Atlantic Way. The ancient Wicklow Mountains. The mighty Sliabh Liag. There's no shortage of places to visit or travel to.
In this video, we visit the remote island of Inishturk off the coast of County Mayo, where we'll spend a couple of days taking in its beaches, sea cliffs, historical sites and walking its largely untouched landscape.

In addition to all the future mountains I want to hike, I really love these not overly populated outlying islands. Have you ever been to Rathlin north of the Coastal Causeway? We loved that place

Oh you have no idea. We saw a couple with their dog at the shrine one day, but I never saw one person anywhere else except for the restaurant or bed and breakfast lol
