I really look forward to your videos. I think sometimes it feels like we're going through this life without anyone and it's refreshing to see someone else going through what I'm or I've went through. Hey Liz. You are def looking slimmer. I noticed it b4 I started watching the video. It's always hard to keep motivated but you are doing great. Keep doing what you are doing. All that walking is working. And around this time of the year there is less light so that can affect your mood. The leaves down here haven't fallen yet but yours up there look beautiful! Love the snack charcuterie board thing. Saw a cute themed one for Halloween called a charBOOterie. Kids might dig it. Glad you are giving up red bull. Too many chemicals in that. Water is way better. I would get one of those water filter pitchers or one to eventually go on sink like a brita. Save you money on buying bottled water.

Hey Liz I’m sitting here in my kitchen sobbing because I’m pregnant with my fifth child and I’m going through a super hard time without the father of my children but watching the way you handle life even though you are in the middle of turmoil emotionally and mentally under that amount of stress and still being able to do the damn thing and all your tips are just awe inspiring and it gives me strength to know I can stay calm in the middle of the storm and do what I need to keep my kids healthy and okay without a scratch, geez I can’t say enough. Energy drinks are one thing I've never fallen for cos yes all they do is induce sugar high then a huge crash.Expensive as fk save yourself tons by boiling your own water then refrigerat it. The money you'll save is humongous Liz. Can add flavors to water too. saving any way you can it helps I was single mum of 3 for 11yrs I learned how to scrimp and do fun free things.❤

@@debbiemohekey1509 My baby crawled when I was able to have my eyes on her at all times. We’d put a blanket on the floor because it’s also wooden and didn’t want her to have splinters. Baby was not allowed to roam while I cleaned or did other activities. I just feel that activity should be for when we can have our attention on the baby at all times. Her attention wasn’t on the baby, although yes I do feel that she’s a wonderful mother. But in this case she was cleaning and her attention was mostly on KZbin. It only takes a second for a misadventure to occur. The baby will learn many things and hopefully not from crawling on the floor. You moron, now go away and leave me alone,,🤪

kids now in this economy ! are going to be more expensive then ever here i have 3 adult grown kids now but in 2018 my brother passed away and took on his 3 grandkids to live with me ! by myself ~ the cps would not help me at all with food clothes voucher "s nothing that was promised to me ! when i took them in ! 7 people in a small 3 bedroom apt ! my niece was 14 at the time bi polar i had a screaming baby a teen with aspbergers my land lady lived next door and the noise was so bad she threaten to evict me ! if this lady had all her kids with her living ! it would be stressful beyond belief ! doing it by yourself ! just saying !
