Magic:FX is a European company based in the Netherlands. In Europe the normal mains voltage is between 220 and 240 Volts, eg 230 in the Netherlands. A normal power line to a building is 3 phase and provides about 400 V. For us 230 is as normal as 110 are in the US and Canada.
