Ingredients/method 400g all purpose flour 2g salt 210g room temperature water +kneed - rest for 30-45 minutes - kneed for 3 minutes until smooth - rest for 1.5 hours - divide into two, starch as needed as you roll them out - roll dough over rolling pin (adding starch) - stack dough on top of each other and roll over rolling pin together with starch as needed - should be translucent and paper thin - cut in half, the quarters and stack it onto itself - use cut piece as guide and cut into squares
Possibly an English translation, please. Pasta machine works great, but it's not always handy. Thank you for the rolling pin demonstration.

I just made these today along with your recipe for noodles & made my own wonton noodle soup with what we could get (a lot of things are not available in my area right now because of the pandemic). It tasted delicious! Thank you for your amazing recipes and the clear instructions!^^
