Great content once again! I've been wondering, what can I do to increase my speed of play? As a defender when they pass back I have to act quickly due to pressure but I usually take too long to assess my options. I check my shoulders but I still see more room for improvement. Any tips to play faster and not slow down the pace?

They key is to always be looking around even before the ball arrives. It’s almost like playing a memory game, the more you check your team mates positions, when the ball arrives you will already know where they are.

Hi, I am 45 and started playing indoor football. I remember some of my school football but enough. I started to train at home and picked up some tips from you. Do you think at 45 I can learn the things you are teaching. Magnetico is something I really really need for close contact speedy indoor football. At this moment I am good with one or 2 dribbles and its also a matter of confidence to keep the ball.
