TeamGForce75 Actually, I was being sarcastic. because the GE 90-115 b is the exclusive engine on the 777-300ER. But they do sound amazing indeed.
@TeamGForce7510 жыл бұрын
imanofficerable I highly doubt that. Or do you mean exclusive to Air NZ 777-300ER?
@imanofficerable10 жыл бұрын
TeamGForce75 Well, you're talking to an expert on the subject. Boeing has an exclusivity deal with GE for the 777-300ER.The GE90- 115b is the exclusive engine on the 777-300ER. The 777-200LR and the 777F use the GE90-115 exclusively as well. The 777-200, 200ER and the 300 have 3 engine options, GE 90, Trent 800, and P&W 4000. So, no, every flying 777-300ER on the planet uses a GE90-115b. This is a big factor to it's tremendous success, because such high-powered engines are big fuel-savers. You can doubt it, but these are the facts. Check em if you want to.

Never heard such an extreme buzzsaw sound from a GE90-115B, just impressive. I'm guessing with the future 777-8 and -9, they could easily hit up to 130,000 lbs thrust per engine, as currently they can do 115,000 lbs.

no really why do the wings look so thin from that angle . when people sit in the middle the wing covers up all of the window
@KiwiAviatorHD9 жыл бұрын
It's just the camera angle in which I'm filming from, plus the wings flex upwards when the plane takes off as they support the aircraft's weight in flight. So if you sit in the middle of the plane they take up more of your view from the window
@yolsclassics63479 жыл бұрын
***** 777300ER has a slighty bigger wingspan the 747400. so I wouldnt call them tiny. It is just the spot of the camera :D
