Amazing. Amazing. Amazing. It’s like she’s reading my story. So relatable!

Hey do you still go through this?
@shanf5688 Жыл бұрын
@@ToneupwithTiffany yep! Sometimes. Currently in a bit of a dip right now but that is OCD. It isn’t cureable but it’s becomes manageable & the gaps I have between relapses are longer and the relapses are shorter. My theme bounces around too- but yeah OCD is chronic so I do.

Very good and clear example of how the ocd cycle operates. Sit with it and accept it is key. People want to reach "acceptance" so the urges and feelings will go but that is not acceptance. Also nice housemusic in the background:))))

Thank u maha…same thoughts that are wandering through about 7 months in my mind …i am married and am very blessed to have husband like him…but my thoughts that i want to just leave husband and go to past relationships..i dont want that but my mind urges to do immediately…am very worried and stressed

Hi. The way your ocd started is exact same as mine and then mine got an extra hit when I found someone else attractive and I was of the idea that you shouldn't ever find anyone else attractive when in a relationship or when you have found your true love. Bdw... mine is a 16year old relationship and ocd hit. When you say not to change oneself... i believe that my nature of wanting the best in everything, perfectionism and making comparisons, are the base of my rocd. Shouldn't I try and change these? Too much of these is bad right?

Are we supposed to dispute beliefs or just let them be there. As disputing can turn into a compulsion?
