M very sorry to say but we Jammuite never eat Rajma out of State because Bhaderwahi Rajma is such a delicacy which Chitra or any other Rajma cannot match. Glad finally someone understood and explained it so nicely and elaborately. Bhaderwahi Rajma itself is Rs 100-150 costlier as compared to other fellow varieties. M very sure about its delicious taste and aroma. God bless you Kunal

Apne is mein Metthi seeds aur Hing boil karte waqt add kia hai .. this is something different from the Rajma Chitra's boiling process ... Dogri Cuisine is actually v distinct n amazing .. V true .. they use mustard oil extensively bcs of cold weather ... The gravy is v v pleasant n curd adds a gud texture n zing to the gravy .. just wonderful 👍🙂 After a pretty long time I hv seen Dogri style authentic dish ...During my childhood Mummy used to make these Red Rajmas like this👌😋 ... ( Naani ki friends hain Kashmiri - Dogras ) .. Presentation dekh kar hi mann hone laga khane ka .. Truelly Irresistible .. wah wah 😋👌👍 Sir .. MAA VAISHNO DEVI YATRA par jab bhi jate hain .. Red Rajma zarur lekar aate hain .. I love enjoying this with Buns ..
