Yeah…some gimmicks are best used only for flexing in front of your friends and not regularly. Charging stations will have to have a much better network before we can switch to using EVs the way we use ICE vehicles

yes, sales and service is an issue that plagues the whole auto industry. Mahindra has rapidly been moving from a mass audience to an enthusiast audience, and their service does require more effort. I have faced some funny issues with sales and service people at the Mahindra showroom too...one guy just showed me the car and stood there silently. I told him that the car won't explain itself!
