This show really needs to come back don’t it? Had to be hated in Japan for God’s sake, anyways enjoy, and remember kids i dont own this shii
This show was cancelled due to it’s unpopularity in Japan. Therefore money was not put in for a season 2 so we couldn’t get a SPOILER wedding scene between Usui and Misaki. Honestly so annoying, because it woulda been so awesome to see that. But anyways seeing these two get in to a romantic relationship is satisfying enough, but this show deserves a lot of recognition as it is, just a classic romcom anime.

Main Manga Spoilers that everyone wants to hear:
- Yes they do get married in the final stages of the entire manga
- There is a spin-off series where they have a daughter called Sara that looks like Usui and a son called Rui that looks like Misa.
- Misaki meets some of Usui’s family
- Usui’s past is explained (why he lives in Japan, why he’s alone, etc.)
- Misaki is now a lawyer.
- Usui became a doctor.
- Misaki’s dad was finally revealed, and it was revealed he did not run out on them, he had to go work because his best friend was in debt. Misaki’s mother had to lie because she didn’t know how long it would be until he came back.
Random facts:
- Remember Aoi that kid who used to dress up as a chick? Yeah he comes back looking like a beast, because of the blonde hottie Honoka. She encouraged him to change, and he did. They came to love each other. When he did return, Honoka was teasing him with alcohol, until he drank it and kissed her so she can try it too. Then they became an item.
- Sakura finally gets with the wannabe Usui, the pop star (Sakurai?) they have similar names it’s slightly retarded
- Shintani, the childhood friend of Misaki, got married to Misaki’s frickin’ sister Suzuna, talk about desperation.
- The miyabigaoka student, the green-haired Broly wannabe, got engaged to some chick.
pretty much it, it woulda been better to see it animated but that's never gonna happen.

yeah i just googled the show and an article came up explaining how the manga ended it. they end up getting married with 2 kids 10 years after graduations high school. but he got transferred to miyabigaoa school. it was revealed he does come from a rich family. he also have to go to england for some reason. but the were still dating the whole time. eventually after he became a succesful doctor in england he came back and she was a famous diplomat. figures. he came back to japan and they got married. and apparently that green haired guy from the rich school was the reason why usui had to go to the rich school and why he went to england. but for some reason misa became friends with that dude. oh and apparently they weren't official after this festival. it wasn't until christmas and she finally said i love you to him.

ComicalWorlds I really don’t think that could be the main reason. Since they decided to complete the story in the manga so therefore it had enough popularity for that. Plus the ending hinted at another season too. So I really hope we get a proper conclusion on this anime be it a second season, an ova, or a movie. As fans we should see what the manga shows. Even though this anime had a decent conclusion it still had plot holes not finished.

ComicalWorlds yea you’re most likely right since it’s already been so long now. I was just saying it doesn’t really make sense bc the manga continued with more content. So popularity wise I’m sure it was fine. It’s just disappointing since there quite a few anime’s like this that concludes in a bad way. This didn’t end as bad as other anime’s it just wasn’t really that good either. I mean unless you read the manga you don’t really know if they got together or not. Plus all the plot holes in the stories are annoying too. Oh well nothing we can do but just hope it happens eventually down the road. Probably not like you said though.

ComicalWorlds yet they still continued the Manga though? That makes no sense to me. If the anime wasn’t popular then why bother making more content in the manga. Obviously it was popular enough to finish off the story via manga right? It had to be another reason to it or maybe it’s still a chance to come out.
