Mailbox Monday - Episode 43

Mailbox Monday (on Wednesday) (actually on Thursday) 🙈 uploaded last night at about 2am. The video quality is much better filmed in 4K using my smartphone but there are places were the focus is lost, and is noticeable. What was very revealing was as a test, raw footage was uploaded straight from the Canon M3 DSLR without editing or encoding, and the final video online was BETTER than with editing and encoding! PLEASE let me know what devices you watch my videos on, and how good/bad does it look/sound. Thank you!

Welcome back to the continuation of the Mailbox Monday series. As usual, I sit down in front of the camera for nearly half an hour and bore you all rigid. BUT! I've mail from years ago, waiting to be opened - so the least I can do is to give it all a good looking at and say thank you. As ever, people get a postcard and badge for sending something in - and for people waiting to have a loco or book or DVD or whatever sent back to them, they will get a free mug too!
Please don't send anything in at the moment as I've got a backlog of mail to process - but as soon as it's done, I'll give everyone the all-clear and feel free to once again write in! Thank you! Will

I know a senior producer for Dovetail Games (namely Matt Peddlesden) and he is trying to promote TSW to other communities. He's into model trains and he wants to get other modelers into simulations as well. Note: I haven't yet watched the video, can you give me some spoilers so that I don't have to watch all of the video right now? 😁

Hey will it's good to see your back up and running as I have experienced a similar although a lot less impactful experience. The first vid of yours I watched was the review of lady Patricia and this sparked my interest in 2 rail model railways and I know have one of those locos I just wanna thank you for all the amazing vids and getting me into this hobby proper hello from New Zealand.

watching on pc, sound matches perfectly with your mouth, not to bad but your face does look a tiny bit blurry focus seemed perfect on the tip of the shoe haha, but it could just be my screen being dodgy again, the quality of the camera on the pictures where perfect tho :)

Hi will nice going on the vid consistency in lockdown locos I was wondering if you could add a new catagory to the wheel? Livery as in gwr and ews and coal sector I just really want to see the class 37 coal sector livery again its the coolest loco ever in my opinion

Do you live in North Wales by any chance? Because you live one hour away from Llangollen and I live in North Wales and I'm one hour, away and you also live by tracks if I'm right and so do I, you also did a regional railways locomotive that had Welsh on it. If you don't live in North Wales do you live in Wales in general?
