I really respect artists who don't stop at "well enough" faze and go on 'till they are really happy with the piece! May I suggest you some characters? Edward Scissorhands, Captain Sparrow and... Elise from "Tourist" 2010 and also have you seen "Murder on the Orient Express" (2017)? This movie has such a beautyfull colors!

You should do a portrait of scarlet witch from multiverse of madness. Scarlet witch's colour palette contains many reds and darker colors, most of your portraits contains green and blue colors and I have never seen you use a lot of reds in your artworks, hence it would be fun to see you use those colors .

I love the simplicity of this video from your gentle voice all the way down to the soft classical music… Very inspiring want to get my gouache :-) I haven’t painted in a while, have been very overwhelmed, but I should probably just grab a photo reference , A couple of brushes and a limited pallet, and just get to it!

thank you for inspiring me so much ham! i love this :) i thought it looked great before you glazed it, but as soon as you did, it took the mood to the next level! it never would have occurred to me how much better it turned. i love the thoughtful expression on her face, i think it conveys her character in a much more powerful way than just the glaring wednesday i’ve seen so many people draw.

Can you please do a soft pastel drawing and myby explane it a bit? I am just starting whit soft pastels. I first use them wen i was in kindergarten and i wanna try them again. I also paint whit liquitex basics acrylic paint and i draw whit charcole pencils. I use fine watercolour paper from baohong for all 3 mediums. Thats all the mediums i am using now: soft pastels charcole pencils,liquitex basics acrylic paint and watercolour paperblocks from boahong. I love you,re art work. Its so mutch fun to watch👍🏾🖐🏾😁

I’ve never tried it... what’s the difference between acrylic and gouache ? Also which pens 🖊 do you use? That sketch style makes sense to me and I’d like to try it.. it’s the multiple colours that seem to help me keep track of everything. I feel like it could help me actually draw people...

I really feel your insecurity regarding whether other people would like the version of the painting you like! I really like having greyish, muted palette, and every now and then I just would have paintings I love but that I know other people don't really like as much... especially when I play around with the darks. Like, I know they're not the most conventionally pretty, but they feel like something *I* would have drawn if I give myself free reins. I'm working on that feeling of insecurity, but sometimes, you have to draw what *you* want to draw, yanno... For what it's worth, the previous one might look great, but I think when you darkened it, it looks *right*.

I really like the face and the sort of non expression, expression on her face. You definitely improved the lips in the second go around, but the hand really bothers me. What is up with the upside down V point at the bottom of the hand that appears to split the hand in two as it curves outward in opposite directions making it resemble the forked mermaid tail on the Starbucks's logo?
