One-of format in old yugioh is pretty fun. It feels so good to draw the out to a situation knowing full well you had a one in forty chance of getting it. I have a 50 card one-of 2005 deck and it is super fun and my win condition always feels fresh

Rhyme should play an Earth Attribute deck. Tyree should play Wind Attribute deck. I did just look it up, there are barely enough cards to make it work, but there are cards that make it work.

I played in the 03-08 era and have enjoyed your GOAT series a lot. Brings back many memories. There is plenty of variety you can still use aside from obviously the basic staple set you need in the deck to compete. Water decks, warrior decks, zombie decks, basic beat down decks, exodia stall, BLS and CED decks. The list goes on. I still have my OG zombie and water decks that were highly competitive. Keep up the content!

This just brought back a lot of memories, having a zombie mill deck and a separate chaos sorcerer / BLS deck and everyone trying to be as creative as we could with the smaller pool of cards. Granted we tried to keep some staples where we could but it was always fun finding new ways to work around your opponents deck or (if people played tag teams) making a deck that complimented your teammates 😊

That first duel was fire. I thought Rhyme lost his drawing luck. It's been a good while since the last time he got the card drawing spell cards like that against Tyree. That duel literally screamed old-school Yugioh! The type of duel makes a person want to duel in Goat format!

The issue is not limited cards as much as it's card choice. Every draft duel with Deion feels new because you are not constantly running the staples for that format. I say you guys pick one boss monster, and build a deck to get that monster out and win. Old YUGIOH was iconic because everyone even Tristian had a unique deck based around that boss monster.
