Main Street America looks to revitalize Fort Worth neighborhoods

The question that someone failed to ask was though Main Street America has done 1200 projects how many of them have ultimately been successful? Here where I live in northern California my city has spent $15 million over the past five years revitalising the downtown and providing tax incentives as well as low interest loans to merchants but still on a Friday night it is a ghost town as people prefer to go on the outskirts where there is ample parking and more modern buildings
