Jab tum vajan ghatate ho, toh fat and Muscle dono lose hota hai. Jab badhate ho toh dono badhta hai! Cut ke time tumhara muscle ghatega hi, par training se yaa toh Kam ghatega yaa badh bhi sagta hai depending on training and cut.

Brother, I'm 19 years old, I'm skinny fat, my height is 167cm & weight is 58, I workout 5 days a week, my daily calories should be 2300+ with this moderate workout, I consume 80g+ protein daily but I couldn't complete my daily calorie intake, I count my calories, I stuck under 1500 calories, but my weight isn't decreasing majorly why? I'm trying to intake more but as a student who lives in a flat outside without family it is really difficult for me to manage these things.

You probably aren't losing any weight before you aren't actually eating 1500 calories, there might be possible inaccuracies in your tracking or just in the calculation of your maintanence.

Glycine powder, magnesium, aur ashwagandha ke bare me thoda padhna. Ye helpful ho sakte he. Glycine ko to sweetner ke form me bhi use Kiya jata he.
