I have the sansco model ava7808 installed in the home. However, updating the dvr the color stays on black and white. Is there a way to put it back to color mode?

Hello. I don't know your model so I can't be sure tbh. If look in the settings menu to see if something has reset itself. It might be worth emailing Sansco customer service as they're brilliant, and will know the answer. Good luck.

Hi David, suddenly my box is only showing a red light ...normally it used to show a blue light,All cameras are without any picture....is there anything you can advise me to get all back and running, please

Hello Andre . It sounds like it's gone into standby. If it won't switch on, try unplugging it from the wall for a minute or so then plug it back in. If it then won't switch on, it may be a fault in the power supply, which may need an electronics engineer to fix. Hope you get it sorted ok. Good luck.

what is the difference of the B076WVRH67 (standalone 1080n) and SANSCO S4D4C1T All-in-One Smart CCTV Camera System (Pro True 1080p DVR? is the dvr the same? i see two options but it seems the standalone was released later on. Do you know?
