@@Utkarsh01234 brother I used to get quality sleep which makes my day better.... spending time with friends makes me connected to them which is also a jovial part of my life.....and getting up early makes my day bigger than any other person.....exercise keeps me physically fit ..and now it had become a part of life

Habits following of 6: *Waking up early (0630 hrs) *Daily Diary writing, occasional journaling *Not 1 hour but 30-40 mins exercise: 6-8 km cycling+ 20 pushups + 20 situps *Can spending time with friends in college classes and mess enough? *Muted notifications but still trying my best to limit mobile usage for work
