Yeah, they do if you are familiar with the language. "Dein Gesicht und mein Gesicht etc. He's saying your face and my face could be good friends. It's not beautiful poetry, but it makes sense. The part earlier in the song don't necessarily make sense, because it's a play on words. He's combining her name with wisenheimer, calling her a now it all playfully. He also combines her name with a German state, implying she's from that state. It all makes sense, it's just really clever wordplay.
