Thanks a lot for your videos. I'm learning a lot from them. Ideas for next videos: Ibanez style all access neck joint (body)....or kind of neck joint contour. Thanks again :)

13:56 Hi Garret, thanks for sharing your knowledge. Just a quick question, instead of using ArcBlend, could it be done using an elipse and splitting with the top and bottom shapes?

NIce Video again, I use fillets also instead of blending manually. Only issue I have with your method is your outline profiles. They have way too many points. You should simplify the curves as much as possible. Single span outlines and using the change degree command. Fillets are way cleaner this way and I've been able to get my fillets up to 1/2 an inch or more. It also make your sweeps better and boolean functions cleaner later on. Thirtysixverts has great videos on making your profiles cleaner. It's the foundation of surfacing, especially if using the surfacing tools. Also when making an outline, you should use the curve analysis to check your curves, making sure nothing looks bad. Also use match curve between segments and making them with as much G1 or G2 continuity. Either way great videos again, keep up the good work!

Valid points! I try to keep my videos a bit more beginner friendly and as short as possible but if more people start asking about advanced surfacing methods then I could definitely get into that. Either way thanks for watching! Cheers.

@@garretelliott8584 Right on man! I was trying not to sound so bossy. lol Would love to see advanced stuff. I finally modelled a whole guitar. But I cheated using network surface, and filleting and sweeps. I still can't manually match and blend everything perfect like a pro. My zebra stuff is smooth but not perfect. Your neck was really helpful kind of viewing things out of the box. You and helix make the best rhino guitar videos! Keep it up!
