I had to make and bake them in two batches bc this is a new recipe for me. I baked the first batch according to the recipe, knowing that 350F was not hot enough for rolls. And it was not...the rolls did not rise properly and the bottoms were overcooked. So for the second batch, I baked at 375F and that worked! A last minute experiment that ended up being video-worthy.
