Use diode in foreword bias between battery and solar panel...connect the panel parallel to the battery...

@@mr.souvikmondal1227No it does not sort during the day LDR is a type of Resistor which is dependent on light means according to circuit when light falls on LDR then the LDR increases the Resistance and the output gives very little amount of current and voltage... According to above circuit when LDR placed in dark then it allows current and voltage to flow in proper way. Overall it works as a switch in which no shortage takes place..

Hello, I've made my circuit exactly like this , but the light keeps glowing irrespective if i put light on LDR or not. I'm using IRF640N with same GDS. I've also tried changing LDRs, changed resistance, remove resistance but none seems to work.I'm using 12v led with 9v battery.
