You taught me so much, I am so grateful to God for your teachings. Omg this was the most profound part : that a healthy , loving relationship will be boring. And this is so true. Because most of us, who have had unhleathy bad relationships and also unhleathy examples from our parents , we are so used to this unbalanced , up and down, crazy, adrenaline , worrying , emotional roller costers that it seems "normal" to us. And the healthy ones seem "boring". Yet that "boredom" is a true balanced , steady and loving relationship / mature love we seek. Once we realise this, it gets easier to change the pattern. And we can spice it up and excite things in the new healthy relationships in other ways.

Very sexy to me... I am practicing on him... I feel so relaxed in his presence, I don't call him, I text him occasionally... I give him "space" I tell him body feelings ... Never use "like or that" ... Not sure this makes sense.... Let the sexy masculine man be the man, enjoy being relaxed and feminine in his presence... Soo amazing

For me and thousands of other women, this is way bigger than we can imagine!!!!! I am practicing this but it does take daily reminders because I have been so programmed to be a doer! My childhood was so toxic due to parental abuse. This also deeply affects our relationship with God. We think God wants us to serve Him. But indeed, He served us humans by becoming one of us. He continues to serve us by loving us back to life. He honors us by sharing in our daily life while we receive His life and joy. Remembering that it is mine to receive encourages that flow of interaction. You are very wise and I so appreciate that you give examples and pictures of how it works!! Thanks so much!! I’ve reflected on how I was in the past with men, and they would all tell me similar things that they wanted to see from me.There’s this attitude at times, that, we should not let the man lead or submit to a man... but honestly, where would we be without them paving the way? We grow because men CAN lead us to that point. You’ve changed my attitude, really, to the point where I can say “thank you for leading me here” to my man and my exes! Thank you, Adrienne! The only thing I would say about the clothing comment is that DV abusers do this-start with controlling clothing, friendships etc. and they always feel threatened the woman will cheat and accuse her of flirting or dressing provocatively when she isnt. Most men want their partners to dress MORE provocatively. I would be VERY VERY careful in this situation and look for other red flags of controlling behavior (mild at first then it escalates-at first it seems like preferences or charming overconcern for your wellbeing ). Make sure this is a PREFERENCE not a CONTROL ISSUE>

Hi, Adrianne, I have been watching a lot of your videos lately and all I can say is a huge thank you. They have been helping me in so many ways that I have no words to express. However, I'd like to point out something you mentioned on this video that made me feel bad in my heart and it is regarding the example you gave: the man that wants his woman to dress in a certain way. I consider myself a flexible person and have no trouble adapting if it's not a major thing. On the other hand, wanting a woman to dress or behave in a certain way is a huge red flag that the guy can be very controlling. Behaviors like that are very common in male dominant societies (some latin countries, middle eastern etc) and in my experience from a relationship I had long ago, every time I said yes to these minor requests, he would come up with something else and it would go on and on until a point he was controlling everything. Our relationship ended because he ended up hiting me and punching me because at one point I had to say no to his absurd requests. It was very hard at that time but it taught me a lot about boundaries. Even if we really like the guy, at what expense are we wiiling to be with him? Lots of love!!!

Glad to help. Again IF you want & love a specific man and he needs the short dresses to tone down you either tone it down or resist. Women have ZERO ISSUES in giving guys makeovers and fixer uppers yet get shocked when a man desires a few clothing choice changes of them. Think about it... again always the woman’s choice to do. Either do what will work or wear the short skirts and high heels that turn him off. (IF THAT IS THE ISSUE AS IT WAS IN THE Aforementioned GIRLS SITUATION, THE MAN SAID SHE DRESSED “slutty.”) Again some women take this to extreme and conditions & boundaries are key. Clothes and all or nothing thinking is more nuanced than this. The hurt/trigger you feel is telling you there is more here for you to learn.

My aunt was a gorgeous model and married her soul mate my uncle. They’ve been happily married for decades and one of the only long lasting couples I’ve met that are genuinely happy together and never talk bad about each other. He wanted her to dress more conservatively (like your first story you shared) and she did to make him happy. If that’s all she had to sacrifice to marry my uncle who gave her the world and treats her like a queen then I would have done the same. Most women are adamant about never changing anything for a man and they are all still single or in an unhappy relationship.

Love it!! What a great model of masculine and feminine energy to have in your life. You capture ANY man’s heart with Feminine Energy when you know how to date/speak using your FEMM TOOLS. I teach you how. diamondgirl.me/femm

I agree. I have been with him 5 years. 2 were distance dating and 3 living together. I let myself go and started making meals and chores for him just to find out that he didn’t even make an effort to join me and eat at the same time. No appreciation whatsoever. I changed the whole thing and started making terrible meals now he knows I don’t cook. He hates to cook too. If he wants food, he gets in the kitchen with me and cook together OR we go out. I want that ring and I won’t play house even after getting the ring.

I love this idea of creating space and going on a trip!! Your advice is so different from others and I love it so much! I just want to add my opinion that during the Q&A, when the comment was my partner told me the mother of his child said she loves him still, to me that sounds like triangulation, a narcissist tactic. that info wasn’t relevant to share with someone he was newly seeing! And also silent treatments are emotional abuse and so damaging to the spirit, it’s not acceptable behavior

You're right none of that feels good. I encourage instead of any blame or diagnosis, IF you love/like a person and want to be around them, accept they may say/do stupid selfish things and instead DO what you need to. "Wow, I feel so strange being told this about your ex, is there something you need me to do?" "I understand after a disagreement you need to be left alone, and I will give you all the time and space you need, yet going 5 days without speaking feels awful to me. What can we do to fix this?"

Thank you so much for this. My guy who is not yet a boyfriend (🤞🏻) asked for a couple of weeks ago. Everything was so good and fun and flirty and he us so communicative with me. He is also the first one who actually verbalized that he adores and appreciates me. I just feel so uncomfy not hearing from him😢. We met last October and the flirtyness picked up in January. I never thought I'd feel like this again from an ex but the Universe answered my prayers but now it's like it's taking him away. I layed low, not even posting and after about 5 days, I messaged him a quick note and got a nice response. But now nothing again. I notice he doesn't post much either since I'm a little quiet. Maybe it's in my head. This is just hard because I'm so in-like with him and it's not a feeling that comes easily to me. Wish I didn't like him so much. I'm gonna die an old maid lol.

I agree with giving him what he wants, as long as it's not too drastic for me, however, I would say, I'm willing to give in to your desires if you are willing to change something about yourself that I don't like. Let's see what he says, surely he can't say no to that. It has to work both ways or he will just nag you until you give in to everything he wants.
