Context: am man. My random thoughts: 1. Women have a far more difficult life than men imo. Feeling awful during their period, constantly being objectified, being physically less strong, having to balance a career and child birth for those who want - those are massive disadvantages in life, that I think outweigh any of the disadvantages of being a man. 2.If a man feels emasculated by a women taking him out to dinner then that means he's insecure about fulfilling a stereotypical gender-role. You can have empathy for that, I guess, but eww. Gives me the ick, and I'm not even a woman 😅 3. Being caring and being able to self-reflect enough to not create irrational arguments is great! I don't need you to be my housewife, as long as I know you care about me, that's enough. And being able to control your feelings to not spread negativity on to me or our relationship is very mature and respectable. :)
