This red / spicy sweet sauce is a modified product for selling my odeng at @adaodeng (IG)
All use fresh, cheap & easily obtained ingredients, but the authentic Korean isn't really authentic, but it's guaranteed to spoil the tongue.

In addition to odeng & tteokbokki, it's really good to be an opponent for eating fried foods, grilled meatballs, corn dogs, pempek, cireng, chips etc. Anyway, it almost suits all snacks, try it 😉

If you want the sauce with a really fine texture without seeds, after blending it can be filtered when put on the pan. Then put the lg in the filter results in a blender container, pour 1000ml of water, stir well then strain again while pouring it into the previous skillet (remember while pressing so that it is pressed).
