Thank you for this reminder. Another helpful thing to do is to be in the state of the wish fulfilled. For example, if you are already in a healthy relationship with your person you won't need to stalk them, check their social media or wait around for a call/text from them. You will know they are already yours.

I saw him today. I know he expected me to get out my car and come over to his. I didn’t. I got out my car. Went inside the place where he was parked. I got my juice. Came back out, got in my car and pulled off. I didn’t even look his was. I know it shocked him. But I will never again initiate contact with him. He will come on his knees and beg for me, period!

Absolutely true! For the past few months 3D has shown me that it is only a shadow of my thoughts. Effortlessly, people from my past other than my SP have surfaced making me realize self worth is the key. Three of these individuals expressed literally everything I’m visualizing my SP to say and do. They showed as messengers of my own assumptions. Pretty flattering and revealing. ❤

@@shripranavi03 yes! thanks for asking. He resurfaced through an emergency call. we had the chance to engage in a deep conversation a couple of weeks ago. We are absolutely working on our own self concepts individually. It feels like are both back to step one, with new ideas, reflecting and letting go of old beliefs and enjoying our lives. Our past relationship together was good, but with a lot of gaps of third parties ( mutual friends) that were not thrilled with us being together). It looks like we were mirroring each other’s feelings through the NC period. I’m living the now, not rushing, and not trying to make it harder than what it is. He is happy to see me happy. Being on a positive feeling state, forgiveness and humility is key. ❤️🎉 It’s all working out wonderfully.

I needed this today. We had a major breakthrough 14 days ago with him saying he wanted to plan to see me (we are out of state) and even start fresh with our relationship etc...great talk but then I didn't hear from him for 10 days! I didn't like it so I sent a text last night wishing him well and letting him know that I am no longer an option (I know he is entertaining other women). I am so much better than him knowing he still has feelings for me but putting energy into others. I still do want to see him again/hang out because our connection was so incredible so I have to remember that even though I sent that text last night removing myself as an option it's still okay...I didn't "ruin" anything. Hopefully....

You don’t need to go no contact. You can limit the conversation to things related to the kids only. Also, the kids are mentioning the dad because it triggers you. They are just you pushed out. Deal with the assumptions and beliefs that are triggering you 💗

You’re looking for instant gratification. You’re still waiting because you “still haven’t received any commitment” you got to let go of him all of it and wanting to control something of wanting it so bad. You have to love yourself more and see your own value and forget about him. Once you have all your energy on YOU. That’s when most likely he will do all of that. If you wanna keep sitting around and complain about not seeing results then keep moping. It isn’t gonna change with that mindset
