You might want to put your tachometer on that one. 3200 rpm is about right.

It's definitely overrevving. The engine will blow running at that RPM for more than a few seconds.

I have a toro front wheel drive, just like that one, but mine is a turdcumsin, without pull rope, it can only be started with a battery key start..... Thing looks brand new, but impossible to sell with just a keystart.... I can't replace the top with a regular pull rope top cause the gas tank is molded into the cover.

Why not just tack weld the bearing and put a a pin in it
