Tomato soup! A classic soup based on tomatoes and chicken stock. The recipe is easy, adaptable and is enjoyed by young and old!
INGREDIENTS :
3 pieces of red onion
2 pcs carrot
2 cloves of garlic
1 stalk celeriac
2 tbsp olive oil
1 piece bouquet garni (thyme, bay leaf and parsley)
1 kg vine tomatoes (or other types depending on your offer or taste)
some pepper from the mill
some salt
400 g tinned tomato cubes
360 grams of passata
some water (to rinse your can)
2 L chicken stock
Finish :
1 tbsp butter optional
400 gr meatballs optional
some chives optional
some basil optional
some pepper from the mill
some salt
