@@raomar0 even an NB2 head gasket can do the job mostly well for everyday usage. I mostly do twisty road runs on my Miata and setting the fan to run pretty frequently, big radiator and NB2 head gasket does the well for 99% of the cases

So I know this is an old video but im pretty sure you had 2 issues that prevented it from working at first: 1. The propane canister has to be placed upright because you are blowing liquid propane through the lines rather than propane gas. 2. Propane has to mix with air in order to ignite. Inside the exhaust pipe does not have enough air flow to mix with the propane. Would need some sort of propane burner venturi nozzle that mixes with air and blows both into exhaust. This would also limit propane flow and prevent the check ball from blocking it. Cool project for sure and much better flames than just the backfiring engine! Also the check ball you removed is not to reduce propane flow. It is actually to stop flow completely if a line breaks. Propane valves such as that one are designed to only allow a certain metered flow to maintain system pressure. With no nozzle you are just dumping the canister and the check ball locks in place. Under normal flow gravity keeps the check ball out of the way (another reason to make sure the canister is upright.) Thanks for the great content!
