MY dear Dr. Vivek. My HG A1C was 6.5. cholesterol was 207,I never had this before. I started to take every day 0.5 tsp of cinnamon, and 1 tsp of mix Fenugreek powder with Cumin ,mixing in very light yogurt ,adding very little honey. After 3 mo.my A1C dropped to 6.1,,cholesterol to 190. I'm so happy with the results .My question is : how LONG CAN I TAKE this ,should I have a BRAKE ,or no. (tsp is teaspoon) . @@shriya3665 sure here's the recipe for any one who needs to know 1 teaspoon glycerine 1-almond oil or coconut oil 1- ghee 1or 2 - aloe gel U can add any essential oil of your choice too like rose or lavender it vil smell good and last longer too hope this vil help 😀👍
