I did this move today , with my gait imbalance I tend to focus on my lower body but this move made me realize the big impact the chest , upper body has on gait . I will try to do this everyday

Hi Nadine, glad you found that helpful. For scoliosis take a look at went of the side bending or twisting movements. Go through them slowly. They should be informative for you.

Hi Colm, this one is so great seated and I also tried it standing - is it as effective or is seated the preferred position? Or mix and match! Thx so much, Kate

Hi Kate, yes you can also do it standing for sure, sitting just keeps the pelvis more stationary, but definitely you can do both. Enjoy!

My core is so tigjt, even this , i dound nothing to relived it when i am standing or sitting. i dont know what to do The movements help to temporally help, not teach my brain.

Hi Colm, when i put my fingers undermy arm and touch the back of my shoulder should thaf a call be the subscapularis and the rotor cuff relese, i havedone that but, i don't know what i do to cause that pain i usually have. any thoughts?

Hi Cindy, the back of your armpit is your lat, and your teres muscles (rotator cuff). The subscapularis is on the underside of your shoulder blade. All the movements you've been doing address these muscles to some degree or another. Startle , Pulling Rope etc.
