I felt that red team is having a tough time keeping things together because of the samosas at the beginning, but at the end they managed to present a delicious and presentable canapés to the famous artists and the judges. On the other hand, the blue team only cares about time (not the quality of the canapés), that results in losing to the red team because of the cold canape lacking some freshness and they dare to call their dessert canapés a petite four that only looks like a chocolate cake with raspberry icing in between, which is not good enough. A petite four needs to look presentable. The only thing that is delicious and presentable on the blue team is the hot canapés. The man at 12:17 is indeed correct, the blue team lacks sophistication. This shows that the blue is being overconfident. Just sharing my thoughts.
