Ok, i have MAD respect for these chefs. I made eclairs for the first time and it took six hours. Yes S I X hours, they are rly hard to master and if you haven’t made them you are in for trouble. These chefs are incredible even in they are eliminated.

I'm not sure about the six hours, even if you haven't made them before but you have experience with baking it shouldn't take over 3 hours. Though it obviously depends on the quantity you are aiming at. They genuinely aren't that hard to make so I'd say it's worth a shot :)

The judges really shouldn't mess with the home-cooks heads like that. The competition is intense enough as it is, and everyone is stressed about going home. But what Claudio did was kind of a mean thing to do. Telling Mary, who was already worried cuz she was told her eclairs weren't right, to take off her apron, then told her to head to the gallery. But what was the a-hole part was he called her name, told her to take off her apron, had her crying cuz she thought she was eliminated, then told her to head to the gallery. Those chefs got to realize they're only glorified cooks, they're not all that and indestructible...

PeachE they needed to be chilled that's why the frosting ontop looks so messy and dripping. The pastry as you noticed is fresh out of the oven so the stuff aren't adhering as they normally would. But since this is a pressure test they're basically all just rushing and so skip this part out, which you normally shouldn't when baking.
