I always get so flustered having to prepare cake on the day of….now I can take my time and freeze it..but is the quality of the cake less than making the cake the day of?

Absolutely not! That’s the unique thing about cakes. Every single bakery has cake layers made days in advance.

@@chicmommaplants9692 I have made the mistake of frosting a frozen cake and it made it sweat. But maybe Amy has some tips she could share too!

@@asugarholicslife When you take the cake out of the freezer, put a bowl over it while it thaws, frost while still cool. Learned this from Serdar Yener tutorial; also learned how to make amazing fondant roses with basically just a spoon! He takes the fear out of fondant and explains things beautifully - as do you, Amy. I love this video.. : )

Podrías por favor poner los subtítulos en español para tener una mejor comprensión y seguir bien tus conocimientos y consejos para la formación de tus recetas o por favor poner los ingredientes en la caja de descripción para mayor comodidad y entendimiento de cuáles son los ingredientes de la receta pues los que no sabemos el idioma buscamos maneras para intentar desarrollar la elaboración. Very nice to see someone demonstrating cake decorating with their hair tied up out of the way. So off putting to watch others with long hair dangling almost on the cake they are working on.
